For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location was a bit secluded but the staff made up for it with their helpfulness and excellent service.

The staff at Sofitel Zhengzhou International treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Staffs at reception were attentive and friendly, taking us to the lift and guiding us inside. Dome staffs were professional and pleasant. Enjoyed the congee breakfast and high ceiling with beautiful chandelier in the main lobby. Upgraded as gold member with welcome fruits and macaroon in room. Amazing staff made our stay pleasurable with nice room, comfortable bed, and refreshing bathroom tub.

The hotel was conveniently located near parks and restaurants. The breakfast options looked delicious, though I didn't have a chance to try them due to early tour pickups.

There were a few negative aspects of our experience at this hotel. the service was lacking in certain areas, such as the promised car service that was never provided.

My stay at the Sofitel was fantastic! I was visiting from the USA and the staff went above and beyond to assist me with everything, from currency exchange to providing a spotless room. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the room itself was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. Although I didn't have a chance to try the buffet breakfast, the spread looked delicious. The staff were extremely helpful and all spoke English fluently. Special mention to the lovely Nepali lady manager. The restaurant served excellent food with top-notch service. great value for money and a memorable experience.

The staff was thoughtful and attentive, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the rooms were well-appointed. I highly recommend this hotel for its gracious service and unexpected luxury.
