Stayed a week in summer. Convenient to train station and anywhere in the city. Located at the end of a shopping street with weathered malls. Convenience store on the ground floor. Supermarket nearby offers fresh produce and imported food. Walmart just two blocks away. Lots of sharebikes in the vicinity. Hotel offers shuttle service, yoga lessons, Mandarin lessons, cooking lessons, and film screenings. In-room bookshelf stereo. Decently equipped kitchen. Excellent wifi. Good breakfast with Chinese, Japanese, and Western options. Friendly staff.

My wife, baby, and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Somerset. We were impressed by the spacious and clean apartment, equipped with a kitchen and separate bedroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the receptionist who walked us to our room, to the security who helped us find the entrance. The facilities, including the jacuzzis and gym, were like our own private spa. We even upgraded to a larger apartment on our last night. Highly recommended for families!

The spacious 3-bedroom deluxe apartment exceeded our expectations and offered amazing value for money. The inclusion of a washing machine and separate tumble dryer saved us a lot on laundry bills. All the beds were king-size and provided a comfortable sleep for all six of us. The heating from the floorboards kept us warm, and the air-con heater was a nice addition for chilly weather. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including a unique crispy and soggy fried bacon. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the area, with transit train stations and shopping centers within walking distance. The helpful staff even allowed us to store our luggage while we went on a side trip to Harbin. we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding value, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service.

The TV in our room had a terrible screen color and was quite old, making it difficult for our kids to watch. Additionally, the playroom had a strong smell of smoke, which was unpleasant.

The hotel had a great location, with major shopping malls, restaurants, and Korea Town just a few minutes away. It was also conveniently situated near metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the front desk were lovely and very helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. English was not a problem, which made communication smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious layout and a kitchenette, adding convenience to our stay.

There were some downsides to our experience. Firstly, we were disappointed that only two breakfasts were provided for the four of us staying in a two-bedroom apartment.
