the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. the highlight for me was the perfect breakfast, which even catered to vegans and vegetarians. the hotel is nestled in a quiet location, just 30 minutes by bus from the city center. Alternatively, the tramway offers a slightly faster option. the room itself was comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. I also appreciated the ample parking and convenient trams that took me directly to the city center.

However, this location turned out to be advantageous as it was closer to attractions like Zakopane, Auschwitz-Birkenau, and Weicelza Salt Mines. The room was clean and comforting, and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a decent variety of options, and the hotel had facilities like a spa and room service.

That the air conditioning in the room was not working, which made the stay less comfortable during the hot weather.
