The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to access the main tourist sites. It is also close to a variety of restaurants, providing plenty of dining options. The room was spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

The hotel lacked proper towel racks in the bathroom, which was inconvenient for hanging towels.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and comfort. the staff were friendly and helpful just as one would expect. the location was fantastic, with easy access to shopping areas and famous landmarks. the lounge area was an added bonus where I could grab a coffee while working from the hotel.

The only downside of my stay was the lack of a sound speaker in the room. It would have been a great addition to have peaceful music while relaxing in the room.

the staff's impeccable service went above and beyond with personalized recommendations and assistance whenever needed. the exclusive leisure/TV room provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. the private facilities were top, notch, equipped with state, of, the, art technology and plush furnishings.

this was compensated by the delicious dishes served and the excellent service provided by the chefs and waitstaff.
