Convenient location, helpful staff!

I recently stayed at Ruishi Hotel in Dalian for a conference and had a great experience. The hotel's location was perfect, with a shopping complex attached for easy access to food and amenities. The staff were always available to assist with any language barriers and the service was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities made our experience wonderful. The indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage facilities were worth the extra cost. The spa centre was spacious with a sun terrace and sun loungers. The location is perfect with many restaurants and shops nearby. The buffet breakfast was superb and the packed lunches option was easy and convenient.

We suffered from a minor issue. The service charge was added to our bill unnecessarily, despite there being no waiter service.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was situated next to two large shopping malls. This made it convenient for us to do some shopping and grab groceries from the supermarkets. the sunny restaurant nearby offered a pleasant dining experience with a view of the city lights at night.

The room had intermittent internet connection, which was frustrating at times.

The breakfast selection was excellent, with a lot to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the city park and shopping malls. The room had a great view of the city park. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff surprised me with a birthday cake in my room.

Convenient location near metro and shopping area. Close to parks and foreign neighborhoods. Good view of city park from room. Nice bath tub and "Japanese style" toilet. Pleasant city to visit, recommended for a few nights.

What a wonderful romantic escape! The room was very comfortable, with a lovely view and the air conditioner kept us cool all night. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food choices to suit all tastes. Best of all, the hotel was perfectly located, with many shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even surprised us with a bottle of wine and a fruit basket in our room. It was an absolutely perfect stay.

The walls in our room were a bit thin and we could hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms. , the lifts were a bit slow at times, which was a bit frustrating.
