We had a fantastic time at a small paradise nestled in the heart of South Tirol. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, with breathtaking views of the mountains. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a pristine bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor pool and garden area, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the surroundings.

The hotel lacked English translations for important information, like restaurant menus, which would have been helpful for non-German or Italian speaking guests.

The spa and swimming pools were great places to relax, especially during the cold winter days. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious foods. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Although the location was convenient, it was further from the city center than we expected. , we were disappointed that there were no tea or coffee-making facilities in our room.

The penthouse suite with private pool and sauna was amazing. Great location near the city but immersed in nature. Cosy hotel with a cute spa and gourmet restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. Varied body and soul activities and outdoor and indoor pools.

We enjoyed every minute of our two-night stay. The food at the hotel was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was great, offering both proximity to the city and a quiet, nature-immersed setting. The hotel's gardens and pool area were beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Entering the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the luxurious environment and the exclusive amenities. From the soothing Spa & wellness centre to the relaxing indoor swimming pool, there was no shortage of ways to unwind. The sauna and steam room were the perfect way to relax after a long day. The massage was top-notch in the treatment room and the beauty treatment was perfect. The staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The restaurant had a varied menu with special diet menus, and the packed lunches were great for on-the-go. The sun terrace and garden area was a lovely place to relax and soak up the sun.

The only minor issue I experienced at this hotel was that the public bath was small and quite crowded. this hotel was an incredible venue with excellent amenities and personalized service.
