Great amenities and facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a nice pool. Convenient location close to popular tourist attractions and a bustling shopping street. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay.

There was a construction site near the hotel, which caused some background noise and disturbances. Additionally, the hotel is located on a main road and near event locations, so there was some noise from traffic and events, which could be bothersome at times.

During my stay at Swiss, I was upgraded to a king suite, which was absolutely amazing! The suite had a kitchen, sitting room, huge bedroom. The views of Gulangyu island were breathtaking. I also appreciated the convenience of having breakfast to go from the Costa Coffee shop next door. I had a world-class experience at Swiss Grand Xiamen-Harbour View.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the busy shopping and eating district. We loved the fact that the hotel offered different color slippers and a jewelry tray in the room, it was such a thoughtful touch. Another great aspect was the excellent Executive Lounge on the 26th floor. The staff there was friendly and the lounge had a stunning unobstructed view of the nearby island. It was so peaceful to have breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks there, away from the crowded buffet restaurant downstairs. The level of service in the Executive Lounge was truly impressive, they even brought me a clipboard and paper when I asked for a pen.

While our stay at the hotel was overall excellent, there were a few minor downsides. the coffee machine in the room did not make good coffee.

Amazing sea view, convenient location, great breakfast with European and Asian fusion, comfortable beds, fantastic staff and service, efficient check-in and check out.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The concierge was friendly and helpful, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the brilliant room with a fridge freezer, and the two restaurants on-site were both very good. The staff at the Thai restaurant went above and beyond when we had dinner with our 7-month-old daughter, showing great care and attention. Additionally, the location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the island.

No complaints here, we felt privileged during our stay.

The value of money for the suite I had was excellent. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the staff was very helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance to a beautiful mall area with a lot of restaurants and shops. Furthermore, the hotel was conveniently located near Zhong Shan Road, ensuring easy access to the city's infrastructure and offering a stunning view overlooking the island of Gulangyu.

The value for money was great, and we were upgraded to a spacious and truly stunning room with a breathtaking view. The location was perfect, close to popular attractions and offering a panoramic view of the city. The staff, especially Ms. Janine Lee and Cal, were friendly and provided excellent service.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety and options.

The sea view from the 18th floor was amazing at night. Convenient hotel location. Fusion of European and Asian breakfast options, including normal sausages.

I recently stayed at Swiss Grand and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the main attractions and beautiful views of Gulangyu Island. The hotel itself is spacious and well-equipped, with large rooms and excellent fitness facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering great service in both English and Chinese. The breakfast buffet was delicious and a great value for the money. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was brand new, clean, and had a great view of Gulangyu island. The central location was excellent, with easy access to the airport, Nanputuo Temple, and Zhongshan Road. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, offering a full continental, American, and Asian breakfast. The staff were well-trained and provided fast check-in and check-out. I will definitely be returning to this excellent 5-star hotel.

Nice breakfast, big rooms, well-located with views of Gulangyu Island, close to Zhongshang road. Facilities are nice, but look a bit old. Staff is friendly and helpful. a good option in Xiamen.
