We've stayed at the Swissotel multiple times and it's usually VERY good. The staff are generally very helpful, the location is excellent, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped with wifi and good TV channels. The panoramic city view from our hotel room was stunning, and the tranquil atmosphere was perfect after a busy day in the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax.
