Airport pickup, delayed and unorganized.

Stayed at Best Western near the beach. Easy to find with Uber. Check-in process was fast and receptionist helpful even at midnight. Rooftop pool is nice. Simple buffet breakfast with egg station, fresh fruit, noodles, and more. Good wifi. Recommended for couples and families.

We stayed at a hotel in the center of Bali, just a few minutes' walk to the stunning Kuta beach. The location was perfect, as we were close to all the attractions, including shops, restaurants, and clubs. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with friendly housekeeping staff. The breakfast had a good variety, and the rooftop swimming pool offered a fantastic view of the surroundings. The hotel also had a cozy restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals.

The noise from the corridors outside the rooms was a bit disruptive at times.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The price of the hotel was good and the pool area was nice to relax by. the staff were friendly and provided good service. the location was convenient for exploring the area.

The room was quite small and felt cramped. the shower area was tiny and difficult to use comfortably.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The room had all the necessary amenities and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including made-to-order omelettes. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and shopping mall. We also loved the rooftop swimming pool and the stunning views. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
