The room was spacious with a fair choice of English channels on the TV. The staff, especially Hugo and his trainee colleague, were friendly and welcoming. The Romanian lady at reception was also very helpful. The hotel offered a free shuttle to the Canton Fair, which was convenient. we liked everything about our stay.

Excellent food options for vegetarians in the club lounge. Helpful and efficient staff. Upgraded to a gorgeous room upon mentioning a slight smoke smell. Great location near subway station, restaurants, and shopping malls. Polite and professional English-speaking staff.

Fantastic service! Due to a health problem, we had to go to a nearby hospital. The receptionist went with us as a translator and even paid for our expenses with her personal card. She stayed with us for most of the day, and we are incredibly grateful for her help. The hotel itself is excellent, with everything being nice and the restaurant serving high-quality meals with great service. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, with plenty of nearby amenities. the gym was very well equipped, and the breakfast buffet offered a large range of options to suit all tastes. One of the best parts of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always willing to answer any questions we had.

the layout of the hotel meant that we had to take two lifts to get to our rooms, which could get a bit annoying. we did have an issue with a missing item from our room, which we reported to reception and the head butler.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. The in-room breakfast and restaurant were outstanding with a wide range of delicious food options. The spa & wellness centre was marvelous, offering various kinds of massages, steam room, full body massage, foot massage, and a seasonal outdoor pool which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were pampered with the private facilities that we had access to, making our experience extremely comfortable.

We encountered just one minor issue during our stay here. The sauna was closed for maintenance during our visit, which was a bit disappointing.
