Located in a quiet area by working agricultural fields, the hotel is close to the center of Shuhe Ancient town. The rooms are well-equipped with modern facilities and offer fabulous views of the surrounding landscape. The staff are friendly and helpful, making guests feel right at home. Bivou's staff went above and beyond when we left a bag at the airport - they called and had it delivered to us. Their recommendations for activities and hikes were spot-on, and the breakfast was delicious with a different cooked dish each day. The hotel's location in Shuhe Old Town was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, great location. They offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival and a complementary breakfast which was a nice touch. the location was perfect as it was close to all the main attractions, making it very easy to explore the city.

Room was small and noisy. However, the room we stayed in was quite small and cramped, and we could hear noise from the street outside throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

As a business traveler, I loved the variety of workshops and activities offered at The Bivou Lijiang. From yoga sessions to sculpture workshops, there was something for everyone.

Felt like a home away from home, couldn't ask for anything more.

This hotel offered us a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities such as a spa and wellness centre, massage services, and a sun terrace. the garden area was beautifully decorated, and the restaurant served delicious meals including special diet menus. the staff provided excellent service and were always helpful in answering our queries.

The only minor issue was the limited options for breakfast, with fewer selections than expected for a five-star hotel. the in-room breakfast was a nice touch that made up for it.
