Rooms are small and could use a thorough clean!!! Information about local transport options is lacking!!! Heavy roadworks in the area create inconvenient detours!!! Soundproofing does not suffice for a peaceful night!!!

I had a fantastic stay with an amazing harbor view that lit up beautifully at night, and the hotel is just a short walk from Victoria Park, which made for lovely afternoon strolls amidst greenery and local life—definitely a highlight of my trip.

absolutely horrible stay. the room was tiny, and the toilet was ridiculously small, making it impossible to use without bumping my shoulder constantly. breakfast choices? laughable. also, I expected complimentary gestures after all the issues I faced but I got nothing! just a great way to ruin what should've been a great trip. so disappointed.

the view from my room was limited, not at all the grand harbor view I imagined. how could anyone call this a proper cleaning when I saw dust accumulating? I can't believe I didn't receive any complimentary gesture for all this inconvenience. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t. will absolutely not be returning.

The views from our room were stunning,, you could see the water and make the whole experience romantic. We had a great breakfast, and I could enjoy plenty of Western options that made it feel homey.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable.
