my experience was fantastic! the cleaning staff was kind and flexible. the location is top-notch, right in the heart of the city. the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, with stunning views. the buffet was great, with a variety of dishes. the staff were friendly and helpful. valet parking was a breeze. i loved the high-end luxury touch of automatic curtains on the eleventh floor. the breakfast and dinner were exceptional with breathtaking city, mountain, and river views.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the staff was super friendly and always willing to help. the room service was prompt, and the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy. the location was perfect, right in the city centre, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level in the rooms facing the mall. It was a bit loud, especially on weekends, so requesting a river view room might ensure a better night's sleep.

As backpackers, we loved the great valet service, friendly and helpful staff, fast and delicious room service, and excellent rooftop bar. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options. The hotel room was exactly like the photos - clean, cozy, and with automated blinds and different lighting settings. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the CBD and close to cafes and eateries.

It's hard to beat the location of this hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of the city, it is a stone throw away from Salamanca market and a myriad of shops. The room was very comfortable and clean with an open shower and amazing views. The staff were friendly and professional especially the front desk staff who made our check in quick and seamless. The breakfast was delicious, though service could be a bit slow due to staff shortage.

One drawback was the powdered chocolate iced chocolate they served at the bar which was overpriced and had a bad taste.

Had a lovely romantic escape with my partner at this fantastic city hotel. the included breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we appreciated the friendly and attentive staff. the location was perfect for us, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the stunning city views from the rooftop deck were a highlight of our trip. Bonus points for the complimentary Wi-Fi and the luxurious amenities in our modern room.

The air conditioning in our room was a bit of a letdown. Despite adjusting the temperature, the room felt stuffy and hot, and we didn't appreciate waking up in the middle of the night feeling uncomfortable.
