Staff went above and beyond, even helping with ATM issues and sending flowers for an ill family member. Royalty-like treatment from attentive staff.

I recently stayed at a magnificent hotel in Hong Kong. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and shopping areas. The room was stunning, with elegant interior design and luxurious amenities. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, overlooking the city skyline. The facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool and a classy bar.

I did encounter one issue during my stay. The pool was a bit small and had limited space at the pool bar.

The interior design was stunning and the facilities were modern and clean. I also loved the fact that the cocktails at the bar were delicious and that the lunch at the restaurant was relaxing. Another advantage was the very responsive butler team who always helped me with my requests.

There were some worst aspects that I didn't like. the location was not ideal since I had to take a taxi to go anywhere else.

This hotel has fulfilled all of our luxurious needs and expectations. The beautifully decorated and spacious room was well planned with heavenly bedding and a plethora of amenities. The attentive and smart check-in staff was a delight. We enjoyed the exclusive entertainment options and the delicious restaurant with a private bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue we encountered was the loud motorized window coverings. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the exceptional services offered during our stay.

I had an exceptional stay at this 5-star hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff made sure I had a comfortable and smooth experience. The room was beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. I was impressed by the modern decor and technology, especially the "invisible" TV inside the bathroom bathtub glass. The hotel also had a thoughtful feature where the curtains automatically opened upon returning to the room. The friendly staff and serene atmosphere made it a perfect place to destress and relax. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and luxurious amenities.

If I had to mention a drawback, it would be the small swimming pool. However, this minor inconvenience did not take away from the overall excellence of my stay.
