We got incredible value for our money at this lodge. The room was clean, with a great rainforest atmosphere and amazing views. The location was remote and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff treated us exceptionally well, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions.

The staff were the friendliest and most attentive I've ever encountered, knowing me by name and going above and beyond to make my stay special. The food, sourced from their own garden, was amazing, and the rooms were beautiful with a Central American feel. The views and grounds were stunning, and there were so many unique activities to enjoy, like swimming in the river and hiking to waterfalls. I can't recommend this place enough!

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Receptionist helped us solve problems with flight tickets. Nice view of the river. Good place for visiting Caracol. Takeaway lunch provided for our trip to Caracol.

There are many complimentary activities and the fresh water pool is rejuvenating. The property is worth exploring and the Waterfall Spa is a great amenity. Transport is hassle-free and the surrounding grounds are beautiful. The food and wine selection is excellent, with a highlight being the Grove restaurant in the herb garden. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it an excellent choice for an active or relaxed holiday.
