My recent stay at the St. Regis was exceptional. The room temperature was perfect and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the attentive butler service provided by Ms. Kitty Wang, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable anniversary celebration for my parents. The breakfast, especially the Shanghainese Wonton Soup, was absolutely delicious thanks to Mr. Teddy and his team. I highly recommend this hotel for a serene and delightful experience.

I had a great city break in Shanghai. the hotel offered convenient car parking options, although it was not connected to the hotel and had an extra charge. the location of the hotel was excellent, allowing me to easily explore the city and reach all the places I wanted to visit within a few minutes. the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided amazing service. the room had a stunning view, especially of the bund.

One downside was that the hotel was quite noisy at night, possibly due to the nearby club. Lastly, the inability to request certain items from the breakfast area and instead having to go through a different menu was inconvenient.
