Great location opposite the Accademia and close to the Duomo. Spacious apartment with a quiet internal courtyard view. Comfortable bed and well-appointed kitchen. Close to San Marco piazza for buses. Supermarket nearby.

We had an incredible stay at this charming hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, as it was directly across the road from the Academia and close to all the major attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the courtyard. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially loved the original ceiling in the bedroom, adding a touch of elegance to the overall experience.

Some minor improvements could be made to the breakfast options.

I stayed at a spacious and well-equipped apartment in a great location. The owner, Francesca, was incredibly helpful and arranged transportation and day trips for us. The supermarket next door made it easy to stock up on supplies. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was great, just a short walk to the major sights and the train station. Grocery shops and restaurants were also within easy reach. the rooms were tastefully-decorated with comfortable beds, making for a relaxing stay. An added bonus was the great view of the surrounding area from the room.

The street noise from passersby and nearby establishments can be a bit loud, especially during the early morning or late at night. Another downside was the lack of amenities, such as a pool or fitness center.
