The room I stayed in was extremely spacious and had a great view of the surrounding area. the beds and bedding were very comfortable and the complimentary toiletry kits were luxurious. the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, providing assistance with cellphone sim card application and recommending places to eat. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city and the surrounding shopping complex. the food quality at the hotel was top-notch, with a great selection of both Western and local dishes.

The Wi-Fi in the hotel was quite slow, forcing me to rely on my 4G service for a better connection. the complimentary waters provided were in small glass bottles, which were not enough to quench my thirst.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Tai Koo Li shopping and restaurants. The room layout was spacious and smart, with a cool and modern design. I loved the unique works of art scattered throughout the premises. The front desk staff and grounds people went above and beyond to provide excellent service, even though I didn't speak Mandarin. I had the most wonderful stay at a hotel in Chengdu recently. The view from our room on the 5th floor was simply breathtaking. We could see the whole city and it made for an unforgettable night. The staff, especially Kenzi, were incredibly helpful and friendly. We even got a room upgrade thanks to their kind assistance. it was a 5-star experience and I would definitely recommend staying here and visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay at The Temple House for a special occasion. The room was more than we expected - a fully equipped luxury studio apartment with kitchen and laundry. The hotel added thoughtful touches like portable bluetooth speakers and a complimentary "maxibar" with bottled cocktails and tea. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The staff was attentive and helpful in arranging our sightseeing trips. We will definitely be staying at other Houses in the collection for future trips. Only regret is not staying longer!
