I stayed at The Westin in Beijing for a month-long family trip. The spacious Executive Renewal Suite was perfect, with a great view of the city's skyscrapers. The breakfast had a wide variety of options for both Western and Asian palates, and the gym was awesome. The staff were responsive and friendly, and the hotel had excellent facilities including a beautiful pool and an inviting spa. The location was convenient, with a subway station just a minute away. a fantastic stay!

The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a restful sleep for my family. The hotel employees were extremely kind and helpful, especially with their excellent English skills. The location was conveniently close to the subway station, making it easy to catch the early morning airport express.

This hotel was worth every penny! The room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the city's skyscrapers. The location was perfect, right by the subway and a beautiful river for a relaxing stroll. The staff treated us so well, they were friendly and helpful, and their English was on point.

The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe a wider variety of options.

The Westin Chaoyang offers comfortable beds, a great swimming pool and gym, and fantastic staff. The hotel is located in a convenient area close to the embassy district, with many restaurants within a 5-minute walk and easy access to Sanlitun by car.

Location may be a downside for those looking for easy access to central Beijing attractions. the staff at the executive lounge could improve their customer service, as they seemed distant and unengaged.

The hotel's location was not near the top amenities and attractions in the city. the nearby mall was uninspiring and didn't offer much in terms of dining or entertainment options.

Stayed at a hotel during New Year's and had an amazing experience. the staff gave us a warm welcome and made our stay extremely pleasant. the hotel had a fabulous fitness center with a great pool and sauna rooms. the location was perfect, with a subway station conveniently located nearby. We were able to easily access all of the attractions and avoid the crazy Beijing traffic. it was a home away from home.

The club lounge had a disappointing selection of food, especially desserts. the rooms were not spacious and had an old smell in the hallways.

Cleaning staff constantly polishing the floors, making the environment spotless. 100-square-meter Executive Renewal Suite perfect for a month-long family stay, with child-friendly sofa space. Cleaning staff efficient and hard-working, maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. Big, beautiful pool with blue light, complemented by a spacious gym equipped with weight and cardio machines. Hair salon offers good haircuts. Executive Club Lounge on the 34th floor provides sleek, comfortable seating and high views of the city. The hotel is located near the #10 subway line and many bus lines, offering convenient transportation options. The LiangMa River provides a lovely and relaxing stroll for experiencing local life. Nearby malls offer quick and tasty food options, such as noodles, dumplings, Japanese-style curries, and authentic Mexican cuisine.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and had a fantastic view of the city. The location was convenient with the subway station just a minute away. The staff were helpful and polite throughout my stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if there were more options available.

As young travelers, we absolutely loved the gym and the pool at this hotel. They were both excellent facilities for us to stay active and have fun during our stay.

We felt like VIPs during our stay at The Westin Beijing Chaoyang, and there was truly nothing to complain about.
