I appreciated the helpful staff, including Nekesa, Auma, Mark, and Mr Henry, who ensured our stay was enjoyable. the ocean view room was spectacular, and the breakfast in the pool was a memorable experience. the surrounding area was clean, with easy access to shops and supermarkets. the linens and towels need updating, and the nightly entertainment can be disruptive for those seeking early rest. the hotel's relaxation facilities, such as the swimming pools and treatment rooms, added to our enjoyment. Nearby landmarks like Diani Chale Marine National Reserve and Colobus Conservation provided unique experiences for our family and enhanced our bonding.

I had the most amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! the location is absolutely perfect, right on the white sandy beach of Diani. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and being able to walk straight onto the beach was a dream. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities and facilities, including a swimming pool with a swim-up bar. I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying a refreshing drink. The hotel also has a dining area that served delicious food throughout the day. The buffet had an ample selection of vegetarian options, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with a smile and providing exceptional service. They truly made my stay memorable.
