The room was comfortable and clean, with a good size and above usual standards. the staff, despite language challenges, were helpful. the hotel had a great location with beautiful views of the river and was conveniently located near a shopping plaza.

Communication with the staff was difficult as most of them did not speak English. the breakfast options were limited and not very good.

Good service and nice foods

During my recent stay at the Westin in Fuzhou, we were delighted by the excellent service and delicious food at the hotel. The location was perfect, with a shopping mall nearby and plenty of restaurants in the area. We especially enjoyed the lounge food service, which offered a variety of high-quality dishes. The talented chef, Hedy, impressed us with her experience and skill in the kitchen. The staff, including Lia, Benlinda, and Esther, were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great service and delightful culinary offerings.

the exclusive amenities were exceptional, with a luxurious indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage. the room had a breathtaking view and exquisite private facilities, making my stay extremely comfortable. the elegant restaurant and bar/lounge area added to the hotel's charm, and the impeccable service left me feeling pampered. The location advantage was also noteworthy as it was conveniently situated in the heart of the city. Cons: the only drawback during my stay was the limited options for breakfast. this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience.

During our new year stay, we appreciated the availability of free Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast offered during our entire stay. the hotel is located near a shopping mall and has easy access to public transportation. we enjoyed the convenience of having a gym on site.

Although the staff were friendly, their English skills were limited and we encountered some communication difficulties.
