The room was comfortable and clean, with a good size and above usual standards. The staff, despite language challenges, were helpful. The hotel had a great location with beautiful views of the river and was conveniently located near a shopping plaza.

Communication with the staff was difficult as most of them did not speak English. The breakfast options were limited and not very good.

During my recent stay at the Westin in Fuzhou, we were delighted by the excellent service and delicious food at the hotel. The location was perfect, with a shopping mall nearby and plenty of restaurants in the area. We especially enjoyed the lounge food service, which offered a variety of high-quality dishes. The talented chef, Hedy, impressed us with her experience and skill in the kitchen. The staff, including Lia, Benlinda, and Esther, were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great service and delightful culinary offerings.

During our new year stay, we appreciated the availability of free Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast offered during our entire stay. The hotel is located near a shopping mall and has easy access to public transportation. we enjoyed the convenience of having a gym on site.

The room temperature was difficult to adjust and we were too warm during our stay. Although the staff were friendly, their English skills were limited and we encountered some communication difficulties.
