The hotel was a great choice for a city break. the lobby was impressive and the staff was very professional and welcoming. the breakfast had a variety of options which catered to all tastes and the rooms were well equipped with all the necessary amenities. the location was ideal - close to the main attractions and easy to access the public transport. the hotel offered free shuttle to key areas in the city which was very convenient.

The hotel had poor Wi-Fi connectivity throughout and the spa lacked a sauna and a steam room. the bar in the hotel was not very hospitable and lacked proper ambiance.

Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient as it was surrounded by various dining options, including Japanese and Chinese cuisine. I also appreciated the proximity to Starbucks and other amenities like the subway and McDonald's.

The Wi, Fi signal throughout the hotel was quite poor, which was inconvenient for me as I needed to stay connected. Another downside was the absence of a sauna or steam room in the spa, as I had hoped to relax and unwind during my stay.

The currency exchange at the hotel was convenient and offered competitive rates. I highly recommend Saixiang for a great stay in Tianjin.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern, clean, and exceeded our expectations. It was conveniently located near two Starbucks and a variety of restaurants offering different cuisines, including Japanese and Chinese noodles. We also found a subway station and McDonald's nearby. The hotel itself had two great restaurants, one serving Japanese food and the other serving Chinese dishes. The prices were reasonable, and the service and food were excellent.

We had an issue with the location, as it was a bit far from the city centre. Despite this, the hotel provided a shuttle to the subway station, making transportation more accessible.
