The customer service led by the GM and his team is exceptional. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The rooms are spacious with two double beds. Complimentary transport to Canton Fair is convenient. The location is beautiful and central. Many restaurants and food options nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. the decor is modern and lively, creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere. the staff provides excellent service, with special mention to Patrick at the Club Lounge who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. As a Platinum Premier Elite member, I appreciated the complimentary dinner selection offered when I missed the usual dinner hours.

The buffet at the second-floor restaurant was disappointing. the food was of poor quality and expensive, especially considering the issues with seafood, dimsum, steak, and desserts.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of the city, close to major attractions like Canton Tower and in New Town. The location was perfect, as it was near to everything I needed and even next to a large park where I could relax. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a separate toilet and bathroom. The service provided by the staff was competent and the breakfast at the on-site restaurant was amazing.

I did notice that some areas of the hotel were a little rough around the edges. For example, there were wires protruding from the light panel in the bathroom and corners were not clean and showing signs of wear and rusting.

My first experience with W was truly unforgettable. As a silver elite member, I was thrilled to receive an upgrade to a higher floor with stunning views. The check-in process was smooth and the staff made sure that I had a late check out until 2pm, allowing me to fully enjoy my stay. It was a relief to have such excellent service at the beginning of my trip.

Although there was some renovations happening on the 19th floor, the staff took immediate action to address the issue. They were apologetic and understanding, offering solutions to make my stay more comfortable.

The decor at the hotel is pretty amazing and the disco is cool. The bed is amazingly comfortable and the room has all modern conveniences, including an intelligent toilet and great lighting. The facilities are super clean and the furniture is comfortable and trendy. The staff is warm and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.
