One particular incident stands out - I had missed my reservation for Peking Duck due to travel delays, but Julia from the front desk made it her mission to find me a great late-night Peking Duck spot. She succeeded and made my trip unforgettable. The hotel itself was stunning, with luxurious rooms and amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

This place was beautiful! I absolutely love the decorations and the unique pieces of art in every corner. The service was amazing and location was great within walking distance to a mall that had a great selection of quick/easy food. We used the hotel provided cars to do a Great Wall day trip and was perfect. We used the lower price option and still had a wonderful private comfortable drive with a driver that recommended great stops along the way including lunch!
