The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help me when I had a problem with a lost item. I really appreciate their excellent service.

The hotel also provided free tangerines and Americano, as well as umbrellas in case of rain. The staff were friendly and spoke English, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
