As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near Han Street. The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The room had a fantastic view and luxurious amenities. We also enjoyed the upgrade and access to the club lounge.

I got amazing value for my money at Wanda Reign. The room was superb, with a comfortable bed, an espresso maker, and a luxurious deco. The hotel staff spoke English very well and were extremely helpful. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Han Street and the hotel even gave me a more than 50% discount for the Han show.

Hotel breakfast could have been better, maybe they could improve on the variety.

Great first impression, stunning room. Bathroom facilities were excellent, although shower operation was a bit tricky. Bed was luxurious, and the massage chair was a nice touch. Staff were accommodating, allowing luggage storage after check-out. Convenient location near the metro.

A Memorable Experience

During our stay at Wanda, we were taken aback by the grandeur and opulence of the hotel. The main foyer left us in awe with its stunning embossed wall sculpture and majestic chandeliers. Our Executive Club King room on the top floor had breathtaking views of Han St, and the attention to detail in the room was impeccable. The feather-light quilt and pillows provided a luxurious touch, and the bathroom amenities were of high quality.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel staff took great care in monitoring my baggage, which took several days to arrive, by calling the airport regularly. A very big help. The bathroom is very well equipped, with the necessary which is very appreciable when his luggage has not arrived yet. The 25th-floor room was incredibly comfortable with a view of Han Street Mall and the Chu River. There is turn-down service, a Jacuzzi tub, a Japanese-type bidet-style toilet, room safe. I was greeted with hot tea as I checked in. The bed was comfortable after I asked them to put a topper on the bed because I do not prefer hard beds. The location was good opposite Han Street, plenty of places to eat dinner.

It is just a stone's throw away from the Han Show theatre, offering convenient access to world-class entertainment. Additionally, the hotel boasts a stunning view of the scenic East Lake, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop throughout your stay. Moreover, you can indulge in a gastronomic adventure at the Japanese restaurant, which is known for its delectable dishes and authentic flavors.

Some staff members lacked professionalism, wearing inappropriate attire that does not align with the expectations of a luxury hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious and modern finishings of the hotel. The yoga room in the gym was a nice touch, and the traditional Chinese restaurant served lovely meals. The staff were very friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and wonderful amenities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was luxurious, with a fantastic view of the city and lake. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. The location was ideal, with the pedestrian mall, Han Street, just a few minutes walk away.

The executive suite level was great, with lounge access offering snacks for afternoon tea and drinks from 5pm onwards. the luxurious room had an amazing bath with unlimited hot water, a real treat compared to other hotels in the area. Additionally, the location of the hotel was key, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings.

There was major construction work happening outside, causing noise disruptions from early morning till late at night. Although the hotel couldn't control this, it would have been better if they had allocated us a quiet room from the beginning, especially since the hotel wasn't fully booked.

The executive suite had lounge access with snacks and drinks, including a string quartet playing at Christmas. The room had a great bath and hot water. The staff were helpful and the location was close to Han Street. Highly recommended.
