Room size and cleanliness were great, with nice amenities and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff went above and beyond, lending phone battery packs and kitchen utensils. Impressed by their quick and efficient handling of a lost packet, which was promptly mailed back to us. We'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and just next to the Wanda mall. Guests can easily walk to the main shopping district, where they can find an array of local eateries. The rooms are of top quality, with comfortable amenities and quick room service for any requests.

The check-in service left a lot to be desired, lacking clear communication and basic information about the hotel.

I recently spent a weekend at this hotel and was impressed with the luxurious amenities, including the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. the hotel was also located conveniently close to popular attractions and public transportation. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay pleasant and comfortable.

Although I was promised shuttle service, the staff forgot to pick me up at the airport upon my arrival, causing inconvenience and frustration. the breakfast was lackluster and did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

Here, we found a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the indoor swimming pool and spa centre provided excellent body scrubs, beauty treatments, facial, and massages. In the Spa lounge, you can enjoy the live entertainment, and it offers a private area for Karaoke lovers. the location advantages are extraordinary. the garden area is beautiful, and the restaurant and bar/lounge areas offer exquisite dining experiences.
