I had a great experience at Del Sol. the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a convenient location, right across from the ferry station to Isla Mujeres. There was also a convenience store and a nice restaurant nearby, which was a bonus. the hot shower was a nice touch too. I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the maid who served us breakfast. the quietness of the hotel was also very pleasant. I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel boasts a scenic 4th-floor terrace, perfect for relaxation and taking in the surroundings.

The bathroom can be a bit problematic with some instances of concrete pieces on the floor and a malfunctioning shower head, potentially causing safety concerns.

Clean and comfortable rooms, well-maintained basic amenities, proximity to ferry terminal, inexpensive taxi to airport, quiet and restful location, opportunity to enjoy fresh fish prepared on the beach.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I couldn't be more satisfied. the value for money is outstanding. It's amazing how much you get for such an affordable price. Secondly, the location is unbeatable. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the ferry station, making it easy to hop on a boat to Isla Mujeres. This proximity to the port is a major advantage for anyone looking to explore the island. And lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay in Cancun. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the ferry port to Isla Mujeres, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the island. The room was clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning to beat the heat. The free internet was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I had a pleasant experience at Hotel Del Sol.

The beds were a bit on the hard side, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom could have been better maintained.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price and convenient location of this hotel. Being just a short drive away from the popular tourist area, we were able to easily explore the beautiful beaches and attractions of the city. the hotel's proximity to the ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres made it extremely convenient for us to visit the island. the comfortable beds and delicious breakfast provided us with a great start to our days.

We did notice a few drawbacks during our stay. The furniture and facilities seemed a bit outdated, and the cleanliness could have been improved.

Located right across the ferry that goes to a beautiful island, this hotel makes it very easy to enjoy a quick weekend getaway. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. the hotel is really clean, and everything seems very organized. the rooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds. The hotel is not located near the tourist attractions, so keep that in mind. the receptionist had difficulty communicating in English, which may be problematic for some guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional - Ulysses, Luisa, and Magdalena, along with everyone else, were polite, helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Isla Mujeres Ferry and a beautiful public beach. Plus, there were minibuses and taxis right across the street. The convenience store nearby was also a bonus. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff made this a wonderful experience.

Although there was no breakfast, they provided free coffee and tea which suited us perfectly as picky eaters. the location in OLD Cancun was great for our first visit, although it took some time to figure out the local transportation. Being right in front of the ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres was a major plus, and there were plenty of nice restaurants on the nearby beach serving cheap fish and beer. It's a perfect place to relax, swim, and enjoy life.
