We were pleasantly impressed with this hotel. Its luxurious amenities and exclusive, well-designed rooms made us feel like royalty. The private facilities were a bonus, including a well-equipped sauna and outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant and bar/lounge area surpassed our expectations, offering delicious food and a wide variety of drinks. The location was excellent, being close to malls and restaurants and with easy access to the airport.

The only minor issue that we encountered during our stay was the check-in process, which could have been more efficient. Despite this, the staff were helpful and accommodating in arranging a drink from the bar when the mini bar in our room was empty.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel has a nice design with beautiful decorations that make you experience a sense of luxury. the staff is friendly and ready to address any request. The hotel is located near the airport and some malls, which makes it easier to buy things you need.

The location of the hotel is not the best. We hoped to get quick access to all the tourist spots in the city, but it was too far away, and we spent a lot of time looking for transportation.

Convenient location near airport, with a mall across the road. Beautiful Silk Road themed decor, clean rooms with thoughtful design. Professional and helpful staff, including English speakers. Impressive breakfast buffet with both local and international options. Accepts foreigners, a great choice for a stopover.
