I had an amazing stay at this resort. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially Jersain, was exceptionally friendly and attentive to my needs. The location to colonial Mexico was convenient, allowing for easy exploration of the surrounding area. Additionally, the variety of yummy food options for breakfast made every morning a delight.

Beautiful Property, Great Amenities!

We absolutely loved our stay at Esperanza! The property was simply stunning, with beautifully maintained facilities and clean, spacious rooms. The amenities were top-notch, especially the gym which we used regularly. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The pools were gorgeous, but we particularly enjoyed the beachfront massage. we highly recommend this resort for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

The hotel staff was extremely attentive and made us feel like royalty during our stay. We appreciated the complimentary beverages upon arrival and the water bottles provided for our rental car trips. the food at the hotel was excellent, particularly the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of options. the hotel also offered a range of activities, such as guacamole and margarita making classes, which added to our enjoyment of the stay.

The weather during our trip was not ideal, with rain for three days straight and storms during the night. This caused some guests to have water in their rooms, although the hotel was quick to relocate them to different rooms.

I had the most amazing hotel experience ever! From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty. The staff was always one step ahead, ensuring a relaxing vacation. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet and the fantastic taco night at La Palapa. They even offered complimentary classes like guacamole making and salsa dancing on a rainy day. The beaches and pool areas were great, and the amenities were incredible. Auberge Resorts once again delivered top-notch service. Can't wait to visit again!

The resort has large rooms, exceptional firework shows, over-the-top spa services, gorgeous pool and cabanas, and a relaxing atmosphere. The service is excellent, with attentive staff and little gifts left on your bed nightly. The food and drinks are excellent, and there are multiple restaurant options. The personal concierge service and golf cart transportation are convenient.

Views and pools were amazing, staff was attentive, and themed nights were fun. Restaurants provided delicious variety.

Breakfast buffet choices were limited, air conditioning was loud, beaches were rocky and dangerous at low tide, and hot tub had a rough surface.
