The location of the hotel was perfect, right in downtown and so close to everything that is going on. I loved how convenient it was to get around, with the metro station and bus stop nearby. Plus, there were plenty of great bars and restaurants just outside, making it easy to find good places to eat and hang out. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the Handy device that allowed me to have fast internet and free local calls wherever I went. It was a bonus that the staff provided a baby bassinet for my little one, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, much larger than other hotels in the area. the location was amazing, right next to the MTR station and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The noise from nearby bars and pubs was quite loud on weekends, so if you're a light sleeper, it might be bothersome. Also, the check, in process was a bit slow and the staff at the reception could have been friendlier.

Shower pressure was excellent. The location was fantastic, close to metro and all amenities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was big, clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing and just what we needed to cool down after our fun outings. Fitness room very well equipped with a friendly trainer. Hot sauna and steam bath included. Cosy area with nice pubs and restaurants.

Amazing staff and great value for money! the location couldn't be better, as it's so close to all the main attractions and transport hubs. the fact that complimentary drinks and snacks were offered was such a nice surprise and really contributed to a positive experience.

Some of the rooms had a bad smell and were not as well maintained as we would have hoped. the bathroom was definitely in need of renovation and the overall standard of the hotel was not quite what we expected for the price we paid.

The staff were nice and helpful, location was great and close to city center and train stations, clean rooms with good noise insulation, strong wifi connection, excellent shower pressure, and useful USB charging slots.
