We had a fantastic time exploring the vibrant area surrounding the hotel. We enjoyed short walks to the shops, bars, and restaurants in the Bay, and it was only a quick bus journey to the city center. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great view over the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location was perfect for our visit to Cardiff.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, as the portion size was small and the price seemed too high for what you actually received.

The hotel is well-positioned in Cardiff Bay, with easy access to the city center via various modes of transportation. The free parking and wifi were a bonus, and there was even a coin laundry facility. Great value for money!

The room amenities are excellent with all the necessary facilities available including heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee-making facilities. The restaurant and bar are great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff gave me very good customer service.

The hotel was conveniently located near the road network, allowing easy access to the surrounding area. It was also close to the theatres and had a bright location in the bay. The room was well-equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of storage, while the bathroom was stylish with eco-friendly toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt well-maintained and clean.

The Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, making it difficult to stay connected during the stay.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a great experience. the complementary drinks upon arrival and the chocolates left in the room were a nice touch. the location was perfect, we were just a few steps away from the waterfront and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the room was also spacious and clean, with comfortable beds.

The selection was limited and the food was cold. It also looked like they were understaffed as tables were not cleaned promptly and there were long lines for coffee.
