The breakfast, while not perfect, had a good variety of options, including eggs, pancakes, fruits. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in the way they resolved any issues that arose during our stay, such as a malfunctioning bathroom door, which was promptly fixed. Additionally, the hotel's driver, Juan Carlos, provided us with excellent service and made our transportation around the city easy and affordable. We also took advantage of the spa services offered and were delighted with the deep tissue massage we received. we highly recommend Hotel 101 Park House for its friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we had a small issue with the bathroom door - they sorted it immediately. The location was brilliant, with breathtaking views all around and just a short walk to local shops. We also made use of the spa and had an amazing deep tissue massage that targeted my trapped nerve perfectly. The breakfast had plenty of options and they even catered to my request for poached eggs every morning. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff, and great amenities.

The location was great, as it was in a safe residential area and just a short walk away from a lovely, high-standard supermarket Carulla. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the spa with a very good masseuse. The breakfast was also good, and the staff provided invaluable assistance with transportation.
