Confusion regarding bookings led to unnecessary charges!!! The plunge pool is far too small for the expectations set by their pictures!!! Rooms facing the street experience considerable noise!!! Really wish they'd consider improving lighting on the stairs!!!

Our group had a fantastic time! The cultural walk in the Old Town was eye-opening. After that, we relaxed by the refreshing pool. The breakfast was made to order and super tasty. Alejandra and the team were always ready to help us out with anything we needed, making our stay even better.

The room we had was a two-floor family suite with this cool spiral staircase. The second bedroom had an ensuite too, which was great. Comfy beds and AC worked really well. The balcony was a nice touch, but it could get a bit noisy from the street. Breakfast was good, but nothing extravagant. Oh, and the plunge pool is tiny. definitely go for the hot tub on the rooftop for better vibes!

But I have to say I tripped on the stairs, which was a bit scary. The staff gave incredible recommendations for local restaurants and arranged our transportation very easily. The breakfast was fresh and beautifully presented, and the room's decor was authentically charming.

Staying in this lovely hotel was a memorable experience. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast featuring fresh fruit and eggs to order. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. I had a great time relaxing in the plunge pool, even if it was a bit smaller than expected. Discovering the old charm of the place was delightful. A kind staff member went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. I traveled alone and appreciated the warm hospitality.

We stayed in the family suite, which was cool with the spiral staircase. Super comfy beds and the A/C worked great. The balcony was a nice touch, but yeah, a bit noisy from the street. The breakfast was fine, nothing crazy but decent. The plunge pool is definitely smaller than it looks in pics, so just go for the rooftop hot tub if you want a better vibe!
