the hotel staff treated me like a guest and not a nuisance, which is rare in the german hospitality industry. the rooms had great air-con and black-out blinds. the rooftop bar was great too.

We had an amazing Easter weekend at this hotel. the design and decoration are stunning, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. the location is perfect, just a few steps away from the main city attractions. the beds were super comfortable, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. We especially loved the bar and the family room, which was great value for the price we paid.

The lack of a mini-bar was inconvenient, and we really missed having room service. the breakfast was not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

This hotel was stunning, luxurious, and welcoming. the room amenities were amazing, with exclusive toiletries and comfortable bedding. the bar and lounge area were fantastic, with a great atmosphere and attentive staff. the location was perfect, within walking distance of major sights. the private facilities were a highlight, offering a sense of exclusivity.

The only minor issue was with the breakfast. Although there was an a la carte menu available, the presentation and serving left something to be desired.
