Beautiful, modern place with incredible outdoor bar and rooftop pool. English-speaking staff went out of their way to help. Comfortable rooms with all necessary equipment, good air conditioning. Urban location perfect for visiting friends, close to malls. Breathtaking view from pool and terrace. Delicious fruit juices. Excellent facilities at reasonable price. Looking forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Mocawa Plaza! the rooms were nice and spacious, with a great view and a comfortable desk. the staff at the pool and restaurant were super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar with its beautiful view, and the pool was a great place to relax. the hotel's location was convenient, with cabs easily available and a mall next door. it felt like a luxurious and relaxed experience.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. The location is perfect with several restaurants nearby. I particularly appreciated the efficient room service and housekeeping. The airport shuttle was quick and reliable. The Jacuzzi and spa lounge were particularly relaxing and the outdoor swimming pool offered breathtaking views. The sun terrace was perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun.

I was impressed by the excellent breakfast selection at the hotel. From fresh fruits to a variety of hot dishes, I couldn't have asked for more. Additionally, my room was modern, clean, and comfortable, making my stay in Armenia a pleasant one. I would recommend Mocawa Plaza.

This hotel is a great choice for families with children. The spacious rooms and excellent views from the 17th floor are perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Located near the local park "parque de la vida", families can enjoy outdoor activities and the beauty of nature. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast, with its impressive attention to detail, is perfect for starting the day. Additionally, the hotel has great facilities such as a rooftop pool and bar.

One aspect of the hotel that could be improved is the motion-sensor light inside the bathroom. It turns on with every movement, which can be a bit annoying at night.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and sympathetic, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and had beautiful views of the mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable and the TV had a nice size and a wide selection of cable channels. The free Wi-Fi worked wonders and the entire hotel was modern, clean, and stylish. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax with a drink while enjoying the stunning view. The rooftop pool was also a highlight, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation.

That the pool area was sometimes littered with dirty towels and drinking cups left behind by other guests. However, despite this minor issue, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of Colombian dishes. the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were in great condition and provided stunning views of the city. the hotel's WiFi signal was strong in the rooms, allowing me to stay connected. the location was convenient, being near Cafe Quindio and within walking distance of a shopping mall.

There was no WiFi signal in the lobby area. It would have been better if the event had been held in a separate area to avoid inconvenience for other guests.

Had a Christmassy stay. the complimentary hot chocolate and gingerbread cookies were a nice touch. Very convenient location for exploring the city center and the view from the rooftop was impressive.

The staff was not very friendly and a few of them were downright rude. We experienced issues with communication as many of the staff members did not speak English.
