I had a fabulous stay at this hotel in a business area of Cartagena. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and the bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

During my Christmas stay, this hotel had two facts that I liked. the hotel had a great location close to local markets. Another advantage was the access to a vending machine on the lobby level, perfect for late-night snacks.

My experience was poor overall. the room was small and outdated, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling, and the bed was uncomfortable.
