We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were super spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel provided top-notch amenities and the bathroom was luxurious. The turn down service was a nice touch and the staff was extremely attentive. We enjoyed dining at the Iranian restaurant, which had beautiful decor and served delicious food. Despite there being newer hotels around, we would definitely choose to stay here again, as this hotel proved that old is gold.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms at the Sheraton Kuwait. The amenities provided in both the room and bathroom were top-notch, truly living up to the luxury that the hotel promises. The turn-down service was a lovely touch, adding an extra level of attentiveness. Additionally, the staff were extremely attentive and made sure that all my needs were met throughout my stay.

I did experience some noise issues due to the lack of soundproofing between rooms. This was a slight inconvenience, but did not significantly detract from my overall satisfaction with the hotel.

The friendly staff provide excellent service, always going above and beyond to assist guests. The staff, the hospitality, the room, the service, everything was just perfect. the impeccable attention to detail and can-do attitude of the staff was truly impressive. the room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful linens. the breakfast offered a wide array of delicious items, and the gym was fully equipped and spotless.

The only negative aspect was that the price I paid wasn't the same as the one I booked for. However, considering the size of the room and the quality of the service, it was definitely worth it.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the cozy and comfortable rooms of the hotel that included everything I needed, plus the excellent breakfast buffet and the quick check-in and check-out process. the hotel's location made it easy to access transportation to nearby locations quickly.

One of the prominent negative aspects during my stay was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which made it hard to sleep at night due to the noise of people in the corridor. Another issue was the old furniture in the room, which affected its overall appearance.

The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary facilities, including free WiFi and ironing amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food and the cozy restaurant made me feel at home. The location was convenient, especially for walking to the beach and the new opera house for a concert.

From the moment I arrived, my needs were anticipated and fulfilled. the room was spacious and immaculately maintained. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation. the restaurant served delicious meals and had special diet menus available upon request.

The only minor issue I noticed was that the decor in the leisure/TV room could use renovation. this did not detract from my overall excellent stay at the hotel.

Although I am a guest with disabilities, I was impressed by the hotel's friendly and helpful staff. They upgraded me to a larger room and even provided a cake for my sister's birthday. The hotel is clean, safe, and suitable for families and travelers. The front desk staff, particularly Mrs. Ellen, was kind and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The interior of the hotel is grand and elegant, with beautiful marble details. I appreciated the prompt room service and the incredible breakfast.
