I stayed at Beta Hotel in Salento for 3 days and had a fantastic experience. The family-owned business went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The staff spoke fluent English and provided valuable advice on local activities. They were responsive to messages and even helped me with up-to-date bus schedule information. The room was a good size and smelled pleasant. The free breakfast at the restaurant across the street was amazing, offering a variety of options. The hot shower was a bonus, as many places in Colombia only provide lukewarm water. a great price and highly recommended stay.
