We had an amazing stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the spa and wellness centre was a true highlight, offering a variety of exceptional massages and a relaxing spa lounge. the indoor swimming pool and steam room were phenomenal, and the sun terrace provided an excellent space to unwind. the restaurant provided a delicious in-room breakfast and buffet breakfast with special diet menus available. One minor issue was that the bathroom was slightly outdated, but this did not detract from our overall experience. the service was exceptional, and the bar/lounge area was an excellent spot to relax with a drink. We highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious and exclusive facilities and convenient location to explore the surrounding areas.

The restaurant serves delicious meals and the rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. The hotel has excellent facilities including a well-equipped gym. Will definitely return in the future.

We stayed at Bogota Plaza Hotel for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast head of service, Oskar. He made us feel welcome and the breakfast was delicious, with Colombian specialties and different items each day. There was even a selection of traditional gluten free pastries. The location was great, with a supermarket, restaurants, and cafeterias within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable, and we upgraded to a suite for some extra luxury. The highlight was the spa on the 5th floor, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage and the water jets tour. a wonderful stay.

During my stay, I was impressed with the hotel's location in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. The spacious room and well-equipped bathroom added to my pleasant experience. The staff members were very serviceable, and the breakfast had an adequate variety of food, which I enjoyed every day. Moreover, the beautiful view I had from my room's window was amazing.

The elevator seemed to have some unpleasant odor at times.

I had a wonderful stay at Plaza, especially loved the big bathtub in the room. Unfortunately, the spa required reservations with additional fees, which was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, the staff was kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

It was easy to find, situated in a bustling part of town with plenty of restaurants, shops, and transportation nearby.

The room was not clean or comfortable. the sheets were stained and the pillows were lumpy.

The staff at this hotel was amazing - very nice and helpful. We, as friends who are going out at nights, appreciated the big rooms and the free car park. The late-night reception guy, whose name I can't remember, was a gem. The restaurant at the hotel served very good food. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast provided a lot of variety to choose from.
