We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was convenient, with the trendy cafes and restaurants of Getsemani just a couple blocks away and a short 15-minute walk to the old city. The staff here was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and treated like VIPs throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We especially enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terrace where we could relax and enjoy the views. The breakfast options were outstanding, with flavorful dishes and deep coffee cups that made our mornings extra special. We can't wait to visit this place again!

This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the San Felipe castle and the historic center. It’s also just a stone's throw away from a beautiful park. Guests can enjoy the stunning view of the Fort from their comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast is delicious and made to order. The staff provides exceptional service and is even willing to climb up three stories to bring your breakfast to the rooftop patio.

There was some noise from the air conditioning units and fridge in the rooms, leading to a rather sleepless night for some guests.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value and the room was perfect - spotless, quiet, and with a great view. The location was ideal, close enough to all the attractions but away from the crowds, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, they really made our stay special.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be more options.

Guests can enjoy stunning views of the bay and the castle from the rooftop terrace. The staff provides exceptional service, offering helpful advice and arranging transportation from the airport. The breakfast is delicious with various options, including tasty omelettes and refreshing fruit.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue! The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to all the historic area attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. Our room was pristine thanks to the daily housekeeping, and we were able to relax on the terrace while enjoying the air conditioning and sipping on tea and coffee from the mini-bar. We appreciated the option of in-room breakfast and the availability of airport shuttle services, which made our travels much smoother.

I recently stayed at Casa Isabel for a few days and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff, especially Luis and Adriana, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and had a balcony with a view of the castle. I loved having breakfast on the terrace, it was the perfect way to start the day. The room itself was bright, clean, and had a great air conditioner. The staff were always available and knowledgeable about tours. The breakfast was delicious and I loved the constant supply of fruit juices. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Getsemani district. I had a wonderful experience at Casa Isabel.

The included breakfast was generous and delicious. Free coffee, juice, and cold towels were a nice touch. The staff were super helpful. Excellent mojitos at happy hour on the rooftop. The design and views were great.
