During my xmas stay, I was pleased with the warm hospitality and helpfulness of the hotel staff. The complimentary breakfast buffet was tasty and featured a wide variety of food items. the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to easily explore the local area. Plus, it was great to have access to a rooftop pool to cool off during the sunny days.

While there were certainly many positive aspects to our stay, the room decor was somewhat outdated and could use some modern touches. the noise level from the nearby street was a bit disruptive, making it difficult to sleep at times.

During our stay at Hotel Buena Vista Express, we were impressed with the attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the staff members welcomed us at the door, took our luggage to reception, and then personally escorted us to our rooms. They not only showed us around the room but also explained how to use the AC and safe. The mini fridge was well-stocked, and we were required to sign off on its contents, ensuring no surprise charges.

They even arranged a great guided tour for us at a reasonable price. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as a TV and a safe. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including eggs, arepas, cereal, and yogurt. The rooftop pool was a nice addition and provided a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection. It was frustrating to spend several minutes trying to get connected.
