The rooms were worn out and did not look like the pictures online. the elevator took forever and could only fit a few people at once causing a lot of waiting time.

The reception staff at Harris Hotel Batam Center are excellent, providing friendly and helpful service. Some of the restaurant staff also stand out for their excellent service. The hotel's proximity to the mall is a major plus, making it convenient for business travelers.

I recommend this hotel to everyone! The staff in a puzzled manner at station by waiter could improve their knowledge in English to communicate and give better service, but this was a minor concern in an otherwise wonderful experience.
