The front desk staff at Casa Morales Hotel were outstanding. Daniela, in particular, was incredibly professional and friendly. She always greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the swimming pool was exceptionally clean as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the traditional Ibague breakfast. The room service from the restaurant was also fantastic, particularly the picada dish. The location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance of the city center. we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again.

While our stay at Casa Morales Hotel was mostly great, we did encounter a few minor drawbacks. the shower heads in the bathrooms could use an upgrade.
