The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who were always quick to assist us. The room amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable bed, heating , and a well-stocked mini-bar. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The hotel's spa and wellness center offered a range of services, including massages, which were incredibly relaxing. And let's not forget the outdoor swimming pool with hot spring water – a truly luxurious feature that enhanced our comfort during our stay.

Spent Easter in a lovely hotel with great thermal pools that offered relaxation and comfort. the facilities were well-maintained and the staff was attentive and friendly. the hot springs were the best part of the experience, and the hotel's location was perfect for outdoor activities and exploring some nearby attractions. the breakfast was also included and had many options to choose from. the massage service was affordable and provided a great way to relax after a long day.

The check-in process was a bit slow and tedious, which made us anxious. the room we stayed in could use some maintenance work, especially the bathroom sink.
