I recently stayed at a charming B&B in Lostwithiel for 3 nights. The owners were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was tastefully decorated with all the amenities I needed, including a kettle and complimentary tea. The breakfast was outstanding, made to order with high-quality ingredients. The hosts even went above and beyond by offering to walk my dog. I was thoroughly impressed with my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The location of the bed and breakfast was great, just off a steepish hill, which made it a charming and peaceful spot. We were delighted to find that it was pretty close to everything, including the Eden Project and lovely pubs in the Village, offering a great opportunity for a delicious meal. The room itself was stylish and comfortable, with attention to detail evident everywhere. The bathroom was clean and the shower was perfect, providing a constant temperature. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, with fresh fruits, cereals, and the option to make your own toast.

The towels in the bathroom could have been softer for my sensitive legs.

Within walking distance of the town, castle, and river, it offers a convenient base for visiting many different places. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a picture window overlooking the beautiful valley. The hosts are experienced and welcoming, making sure that your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast is freshly cooked and delicious, providing a great start to the day. the B&B offers several thoughtful facilities such as an extensive tea and coffee selection, wine glasses, and even cotton buds and balls.

One negative aspect is that the town itself may not offer a wide variety of dining options, especially for a younger crowd.

I had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast! From the moment I arrived, Chris and Heidi went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was exceptional, with Chris and Heidi even greeting me with umbrellas when it was raining. The room was lovely, with a comfy king bed and extra pillows and blankets if needed. I appreciated the added touches like coffee, tea, chocolates, and bottled water in the room. The breakfast was top-notch, with a great selection of local produce and homemade jams and marmalade. The room also had a helpful information book with a local map for recommendations on restaurants and pubs for dinner.

I had a fantastic solo trip at a charming B&B nestled near the beautiful Eden Project and centrally located in Cornwall. I enjoyed the convenience of being close to the town center and some delightful pubs in the village. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated with loads of character, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by the hosts was exceptional, and the breakfast served was absolutely delicious. The stunning view added to the overall wonderful experience.

The parking situation at the B&B was a bit tight.
