We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is conveniently close to downtown, making it easy to explore the area. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who were always quick to assist us. The room amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable bed, heating , and a well-stocked mini-bar. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The hotel's spa and wellness center offered a range of services, including massages, which were incredibly relaxing. And let's not forget the outdoor swimming pool with hot spring water – a truly luxurious feature that enhanced our comfort during our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spent Easter in a lovely hotel with great thermal pools that offered relaxation and comfort. the facilities were well-maintained and the staff was attentive and friendly. the hot springs were the best part of the experience, and the hotel's location was perfect for outdoor activities and exploring some nearby attractions. the breakfast was also included and had many options to choose from. the massage service was affordable and provided a great way to relax after a long day.

The check-in process was a bit slow and tedious, which made us anxious. the room we stayed in could use some maintenance work, especially the bathroom sink.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hacienda El Salitre! The thermal pool in our room was a luxurious touch and the historical charm of the hotel was breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Despite a minor hiccup during check-in, we couldn't have asked for a more peaceful and relaxing retreat. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
