Front desk staff were super nice and helpful, even spoke English! Taxi service available during the day and Uber was convenient. Breakfast was jaw-droppingly delicious and the room was clean and equipped with a minibar, safe, fridge, and working air conditioning. The shower had good water pressure and the room had enough light. Maintenance fixed a safe issue promptly. Laundry service was great and affordable, and the housekeeping crew was outstanding. The hotel was guest-friendly, accommodating up to 2 guests with no extra cost. There was a supermarket across the road with an ATM nearby. Safe area to walk, even at night. A very good place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dann! the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke English. During the day, there were taxis available right outside the hotel, but we found using Uber to be convenient as well. the breakfast was great and our room had all the amenities we needed - clean, nice decor, minibar, safe, fridge, and good air-conditioning. the shower was also nice and there was sufficient lighting in the room. We had a small issue with the safe, but it was quickly resolved by the maintenance team. the laundry service was affordable and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job. the hotel is guest-friendly and registering a guest at the front desk is free. We also felt safe walking around the area, even at night. it was an awesome hotel experience and we couldn't fault it, except for a minor issue with the elevator card operation.

The breakfast offered a wide variety and the staff was very friendly. the hotel's location was perfect, close to a shopping center and other areas with great restaurants and museums. Additionally, the room had a comfortable bed, which made for a pleasant stay.

The room felt a bit stuffy as the air didn't circulate properly when the window was closed and could only be opened slightly. Furthermore, there were some minor issues, such as the broken and scratched door, stained and broken bathroom tiles, and a dirty night table.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the clean and well-maintained room. The location was convenient and the staff treated me with great hospitality, always willing to assist.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great - close to everything in a very nice area of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the newly renovated foyer and entertainment area. The restaurant area was beautifully designed and the food was exceptional. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and attentive, making my stay very enjoyable.

The room minibar was disorganized, and the staff at the restaurant were mostly rude and impolite. the cleanliness in the room could have been better, as there were visible mold in the bathroom tiles and signs of wear and tear on the headboard.

I had a great value for my money at Hotel Dann. The room was nice, clean, and had all the amenities I needed like a minibar, safe, fridge, and working air-conditioning. The location was convenient with a supermarket and ATM nearby, and it felt safe to walk around even at night. The staff at the front desk were amazing, very friendly, helpful, and they even spoke English. They made me feel welcome and made my birthday extra special with a surprise in my room. I also had a wonderful all-day tour organized by the hotel with a car and driver named Luis Guillermo. it was an excellent place to stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by offering a small snack or soft drink without having to order room service or go to the restaurant.

Complementary fruits on the first day were great. the view from my room was stunning. the location was perfect, as it was just a stroll away from popular restaurants and attractions.

The stay was very disappointing as there were bed bugs in my room. Not only was I covered in bites, but the staff was very unhelpful in resolving the issue.

The luxury amenities at this venue exceeded our expectations. Service was impeccable, the Spa & wellness centre provided us with an indulgent sauna, massage, and beauty treatment. Our private facilities were pristine and spacious.

We also appreciated the variety of pillows provided on the bed. The location, although lacking in shopping options and nightlife ambiance, was still convenient with nearby supermarkets and coffee places. The breakfast, although not very varied, had a good selection of fruits. Finally, a special mention goes to Nelson Guada, the transportation service staff, who provided exceptional service.
