The room had a beautiful swimming pool view, perfect for enjoying sunny tropical days. Conveniently located near Terminal 3 of the airport. The breakfast options offered a wide variety, including traditional Filipino dishes and international cuisine. The pool area was a favorite spot, with a good bar and the option to order basic food. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even allowing us to swim for an extra hour when we arrived late. Connected to a mall on the 2nd floor with restaurants and shopping options. A Seven Eleven was conveniently located around the corner.

The property was immaculate, with welcoming and comfortable rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and right across from Terminal 3. It is also situated in Newport theater, allowing easy access to dining options. The staff was exemplary in every way, with friendly and helpful service. The hotel provided a free airport shuttle, and the beds and pillows were heavenly.

The complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge were a nice touch, and it was great being close to both the airport and shopping center. the pool was also a highlight, especially due to its size.

The price was on the higher side, and some of the staff seemed to lack sufficient training. the noise level from both housekeeping and hallway voices was quite loud, which detracted from a peaceful experience.

Luxurious amenities here exceeded my expectations. the exclusive facilities included a heated outdoor pool, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, where I enjoyed live entertainment. the restaurant offered delicious international dishes with special diet menus.

the Jacquzzi was unavailable during my holiday.

The staff provided exemplary service, being friendly, polite, and determined to make our stay the best possible. The beds and pillows were heavenly, perfect for families with children.

We stayed at Sheraton for a week and absolutely loved it! The room was spacious with a stunning view of the pool. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. The free airport shuttle was a fantastic perk. But the best part was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, particularly Ebby and Hero. They went above and beyond to assist us with our health pass for our next destination. That meant the world to us.

During our stay at Sheraton Manila, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our requests were met and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel's proximity to the airport and other attractions was convenient for exploring the city. Although there were some minor issues like renovation noise and slow check-out process, the overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend Sheraton Manila for its outstanding service and comfortable accommodations. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
