I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good and safe area, not too close to the nightlife but still within walking distance. The hotel offers private transportation in white SUVs for those interested in airport transfers. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

This hotel is fabulous! The staff is amazing, the pool and amenities are top-notch, and the rooftop restaurant with breakfast is incredible. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the WiFi is reliable. a class establishment with one of the best breakfasts in Bucaramanga.

Everything was spot on.

The rooftop terrace with a pool and restaurant at Hotel Dann was spectacular. Despite the dated decor, the rooms were comfortably spacious and the shower was great. The staff were courteous and attentive, organizing a last-minute rental car for us. I'd recommend this hotel.

Amazing spa experience! Andrea Martinez gave me a wonderful massage followed by a world-class waxing. The price was surprisingly reasonable. The restaurant had English-speaking staff, with Cesar being especially helpful. Laundry service was prompt. The bed was large and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The neighborhood had plenty of shopping, bars, and restaurants nearby. The pool area was nice with lots of lounge chairs and shaded seating.

the hotel itself is very nice, with spacious rooms and comfortable furnishings. There is ongoing renovation, but it didn't cause any issues. the rooftop heated pool is a fantastic feature for relaxation, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

Not easy to find

I stayed at Hotel Dann for a few days to visit my relative in the nearby FCV hospital. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 10-minute drive in traffic. The staff was incredibly friendly and English-friendly, making communication easy. The hotel felt safe with police officers around and strict security measures. The breakfast had a nice range of local options, and the white taxis recommended by the hotel were safe and reliable. The hotel amenities, including the rooftop restaurant, spa, gym, and pool. it was a lovely and memorable experience in South America.

We had a mediocre experience during our easter vacation. the free breakfast that was served every morning was decent and the daily housekeeping was nice. the hotel's location was great as we had several attractions in proximity.

We found the staff to be unhelpful and unresponsive to our requests. the noise level was unbearable with constant construction throughout the stay.

The exclusive amenities provided fulfilled all our needs. the indoor swimming pool was perfectly heated, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the spa centre offered a wide range of massages, and we particularly enjoyed the relaxing Turkish bath. the sun terrace was the best spot to soak up the sun, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The only minor issue we experienced was the restaurant's snack bar - it could have had more options. the delicious restaurant buffet and the elegant bar/lounge area more than made up for it.
